A. In an event a report or document was not delivered due to failure on our part and you request a refund, we will refund the costs of the report or document.
B. Refunds are not eligible if a report or document where obtained using credits from Company Formation MadeSimple's Fraud Protection service.
C. In the event a refund cannot be given, a store credit may be issued instead.
How do I request a refund?
Refund requests are to be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org along with the order number or email address that is registered on your account, and the reason for the refund within 14 days of purchase.
Refunds will go back to the original method of payment within 3-7 working days along with a confirmation email.
