I want to hide my company and director information

We can stop certain company and director information being accessible from search engines, such as Google. Please send us a request to do so.

Unfortunately, we cannot remove or change any information on our website or other websites under the Companies Act 2006.

Can a company see that I am tracking their activity?

No, your company searches and update alert services are completely confidential. The company will not be able to see if anyone is tracking their activity or has purchased their company report.

Why should I use a credit check service?

Doing business in the current environment is difficult enough without having to worry about getting paid. For non-retail businesses, where credit is expected by wholesale customers, there is nothing worse than providing goods and services only to end up with a bad debt.

    Do you provide reports for companies outside the UK?

    Yes, you can purchase an International company report for £19.99. A list of all the possible countries we can provide reports can be found in the drop-down menu. After your purchase, the reports are emailed to you within 24 hours (excluded bank holidays and weekends) as a PDF document.

    How do I cancel my auto-renewal subscription?

    You can easily cancel your subscription from your account, and there is no fee to do so. Once you log in to your account, My Subscriptions > View > Cancel auto-renewal.

    Can I see a sample report before I buy one?

    Yes. You can view all information about a UK company or director including all current and previous directorships free of charge, simply search for a company or director
    Please note: access to some information in a company report is hidden however you may view this by purchasing the report just for £4.99.

    What is a Credit Limit?

    A credit limit an amount advanced to a company in one calendar month that the company could be expected to pay back.

    How is it calculated?
    The credit limit is calculated based on the credit rating, financial history, the age of a company and many other variables.

    What is a Credit Score?

    A credit score or credit rating is simply an indication of the likelihood of the business facing financial difficulties.

    Credit scores are rarely considered in isolation as they will change over a period of time as new information, such as the submission of company accounts, becomes available.Reviewing credit scores on a comparative basis also help in assessing a company's financial standing.

    Do I have to set up an account to order a report?

    When you order a credit report, an account is automatically created for you via the checkout process, to do this all we need is your email address and a password.

    You access your online account to view all your purchased reports, as well as download them as PDF files for your convenience.
