Manage your payment details for your Subscription

You can manage your Subscription payment details from your account:

Add a new debit or credit card

You can add a new debit or credit card to your account. Should you wish to update existing card details, you will need to enter the card again with the updated details:

  1. Go to My payment details (login required). You can also get to this page from the 'My Account' menu.
  2. Scroll down to Update Card Details and enter your new card. The new card will replace the old existing one and your subscription payments are taken using this card.

  3. Enter the billing address then click Update Card Details.

Delete a debit or credit card

Deleting your card details will stop your renewal payments. Your subscription will stop working if payments are not kept up to date. 

  1. Go to My payment details (login required). You can also get to this page from the 'My Account' menu.
  2. Click Delete Card.
  3. Tick the checkbox and click Delete card.

Failed subscription payment

7 days before the due date of your auto-renew subscription, we'll send you a reminder email.
If in the unfortunate event, payment for the renewal fails, you can then retry the payment by clicking a button from your account:

  1. Go to My payment details (login required). You can also get to this page from the 'My Account' menu.

  2. Ensure the card details we have for you are up to date. If not you have the option to add or delete a card. 
  3. Click Retry Payment.

The payment is immediately processed. If the payment is successful, you will receive a confirmation email and a copy of the invoice will be under  My Orders.
If the payment is not successful, please check your card details are correct and try again.
